Hebrew University adds Christmas Day, Id El Adha as formal holidays

On December 11th, Hebrew University sent a short letter to students announcing that this year and going forward, Christmas and Id El Adha will be included as formal holidays on the academic calendar. This announcement was lauded as an important step towards a more inclusive and shared campus that has long been promoted by Dirasat, Sikkuy, and the Van Leer Institute as well as other civil society organizations.
